A new style of acommodation

Front entrance of The Park LodgeThe Park is the newest and largest accommodation facility in the National Park and is located on the edge of the Tongariro National Park.

We are situated on the corner of State Highway 4 and Millar St, with a short walk to local shops, restaurants and bars.

All bedrooms contain an ensuite and come fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chairs, fridge and bedding.

Large common space is unique at The ParkCheck out the new Spiral cafe and bar with fantastic international cuisine and a relaxed drink - plus award winning Allpress espresso coffee.

Or end your day exploring the local activities such as the legendary 42 Traverse mountain bike or the Tongariro Alpine Crossing with a soak in our bubbling hot outdoor spa and ease those aching limbs.

 

Guest transport

We provide complete guest transport for both the 42nd Traverse Mountain Bike and the Tongariro Crossing hike.
