Whether it's a special occasion such as a wedding, a large group of school kids, or a corporate getaway you are after The Park can assist. We have the ability to accommodate up to 220 people within our 82 rooms, all of which are in a central, safe courtyard area.
For formal weddings we can cater for 130 seated guests, we provide the accommdation, reception venue and our dedicated wedding coordinator can help with your plans for the day including introducing you to some beautiful ceremony locations in the Ruapehu region.

Corporate Conferences
Our newly (July 2011) opened conference room has the capacity for up to 100 people. The room has the ability to be reconfigured into smaller break out areas if needed and there is also the main lodge area to use for evening meals or just a change of scene. With views of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro,
Schools and Groups
The Park specialises in hosting schools and groups and can host up to 200 students or travelling tourists. We have a number of affordable set menus to choose from but also tailor our packages to suit the booking. We are able to suggest and assist with organising activities for your school or group.
The Park is proud to be able to offer our lodge as a wedding reception and accommodation venue. We have been honoured to host a number of weddings over the last few years and we have a dedicated wedding coordinator on site to help ensure your day is as fantastic as you imagine it to be.
