Corporate ConferencesOur newly (July 2011) opened conference room has the capacity for up to 100 people. The room has the ability to be reconfigured into smaller break out areas if needed and there is also the main lodge area to use for evening meals or just a change of scene. With views of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe and Tongariro, the lodge is the ideal place to get away from it all with a fresh start and some fresh ideas.
Conference facilities include; large function room configured to your request, wireless internet, datashow projector, whiteboard, breakout spaces, tea and coffee facilities, all catering and accommodation available on-site – no need for transport every day to and from the venue.
