Mt Ruapehu

Whakapapa ski field is only a 15 minute drive from our lodge, the winter season generally runs from July to October. Come and experience skiing or snowboarding on amazing volcanic terrain, hike to the top and see the crater lake,and the amazing views to Mt Taranaki.

Sightseeing chairlift passes are also available if you would just like to take in the   beautiful views of the Tongariro National Park, and relax at the top with a coffee at the newly built Knoll Ridge Cafe.
